In PostProcessAdmin if error also copy over temporary files

Description
At present in PostProcessAdmin if error occur during reduction files saved to temporary folder are not copied over to ceph/archive or other folder specified and visible by the user. This make it harder to debug reduce.py scripts
Looking at code, in implementing this refactor the code out which does the copying into separate method. Then this method can e.g. be called at its current location and when an error occur
