Description

Create example reduce.py script which we can use in general to explain to instrument scientists of new instruments how to get started

For next week, before Pascal start using autoreduce, if script not already there copy the above reduce script to
isis\inst$\NDXWISH\user\scripts\autoreduction and run a wish job
