3-slice (quad view) on scaled volume

This has been reported by Jon Taylor:
On some operations (like switching to three slice on a scale volume) the pipeline seems to visualise the non scaled volume by default, i.e. you have to switch the scaled volume to view and the other one to off.
I would imagine the fix is down to a focus issue.

The reported issue is in accordance with ParaView's active source behaviour.

Yes, this is a focus issue, but it has been there in earlier versions. In fact it might be intended. Whatever was the active source before switching to the QuadView will be visible in the QuadView. Hence if you select the original source in the Standard view, you will see the original source in the QuadView and if you select the scaled source in the standard view, then you see the scaled view in the QuadView.
