OSIRIS diffonly bug in Indirect Diffraction

Description

The workspace name is in single quotes which stops the plotting from working.

This is a loss of functionality from last release so would prefer to see it go into 3.4

Where is osiris_041_RES10.cal ?

@KarlPalmen In the system tests data directory: Code/Mantid/Testing/Data/SystemTest

But as long as the system test data is on the path just entering the filename will work.
