Keep zoom state in the three slice view of the VSI

After recent changes (#11708) the state of views is remembered when switching between them. There's still at least one issue: the zoom state of the individual slices of the three slice view is lost.

I'm not sure what properties of the three slice view proxy hold this information, I could not find a clear candidate in the general Paraview state XML dump file. But definitely it looks like the standard vtk Load/SaveXML methods do not to cover this.
