Description

This is about the GUI with two tabs: 'home', and 'settings', that produces as final output a .par file from EnginXCalibrateFull + EnginXCalibrate.

I've added an ENGINX-X directory in the docs repo: ​https://github.com/mantidproject/documents/tree/master/Design/ENGIN-X.

Inside the GUI subdirectory there's a couple of mockups for the 'home' and 'settings' tabs of the first simple gui that generates .par files.

I also plan to add a quick list of file formats, algorithms, programs, etc. in the readme or a small markdown file.
