Description

Define what needs to go into the output .par file that GSAS can load.

Very minimum information that will go into these files is: Difc and Zero outputs from EnginXCalibrate.

This may involve extensions to EnginXCalibrate.

Also, clarify if more information is needed in addition to DetectorPositions.
