Hide the segfault Algorithm, or make it not compile in release

Description

We have a segfault algorithm, I assume it is for testing, but users are finding it. Can we hide it, or prevent it from compiling in release, or remove it please.

It is already hidden as it is a "Developer" algorithm. It is useful in release situations in configuring system automatic bug reporting (e.g. ​abrt).
