The usage example DownloadFile-v1.rst doesn't reliably return a sensible path to save the file to for ORNL windows machines. Can we not just create a temporary filename as use that, or if this test fails it is not important enough the fail the builds!

It's proving unreliable on one of the ISIS Windows machines too so I think we should just turn it into a text-only example.
