Occaisional Seg fault when loading files over the network

Description

I had a new segfault, about 90% along the way of reading a nexus file remotely.

Progress 0.91016 Progress 0.920162 Progress 0.930163 Segmentation fault

PAscal has mentionned some problems last night also with some crashes.

First theory is that this is due to network glitches.

First tests will involve removing network cable during file loading.

can't reproduce, although it is not due to network glitches that was another completely different bug.

Confirmed that in #5882 loading files over the network seems reliable.
