Respond to this part of Richard Heenan's email

We also still need a flag to “lock the sample geometry”. When we have the thickness or diameter wrong (or are trying out new ideas) we need to change these in the gui, but the next sans_nxs read on hitting 1d or 2d reduce simply overwrites the values with ones from the file.

Now the geometry will only be loaded if the run sample was changed.
