Displaced error bars in log plots when the error range crosses zero

Description
When the range marked by error bars includes numbers the error bar sometimes appears around Y=1, log(Y)=0. The biggest problems with this come when the log of the y-values are far from 0.

right click and select Axes->Linear(x),Log(y)
