Getting errors running qmake on MantidQT on an ubuntu machine

(In [4505]) Refs #1255 - removed quotes from folder paths because it is not compatible with Unix. Won't be able to use a folder name with spaces in it anymore under windows.

(In [4517]) Fix MantidQt configuration files so that they work with spaces in them and also still work on UNIX. Cleared a potentially confusing warning message. Re #1255

I can consistently get MantidPlot to build on Ubuntu using the build.sh script, so I think this is fixed.
