Allow users to decide how to auto scale log scales for data that contain zero

Description

At the moment when a user autoscales a log plot on data that contains zero the scale starts at 10-10. Add a setting to allow users to set this.

When you do a log plot for a spectrum that has negative values the negative values are ignored making this ticket invalid.
