Allow a TextAxis on a matrix workspace

Description

This is paticularly suited to the output of Fit and PlotAssymetrybyLogValue.

Steps:

  1. create a TextAxis class
  2. Update Fit and PlotAssymetrybyLogValue to use it
  3. Update MantidPlot to use the result in graphs (consider legends, but also x and y axes)
