Description

Logs should have units associated with them. This is part of #1381.

This should be optional!

Logs do not have to have units!

(In [6482]) Refs #1382 and #1588: added units to Property, and to code that loads sample logs and calculates proton charge.

Done. All properties have units() since this applies to PropertyWithValue<> too.
