(In [8154]) Initial version - very basic, allows instrument view plotting only. The pixels are artificially enlarged and have the same shape (which is wrong). refs #1429

This version is ok for plotting in the instrument view. It will allow users to load BSS data and view it.

Further details will be implemented in the next release.
