Description
Some image formats witih Qt are handled by plugin libraries and we are not shipping the plugins so the images don't show up.

in [5939] the installed directory structure includes the files mandated by generateWxs.py (plugins/qtplugins/imageformats) and the images on the splash screen and 'about' menu (which I believe is where the problem leading to this ticket were noticed?) are displayed correctly
