LoadEventPreNexus fails in the GUI

Description

Loading seems to occur but the workspace is never created. Test is failing.

(In [5576]) Refs #1456: something needs to be added to LoadPixelMap to warn if a bad file is fed as input, but I'm not sure how to determine that.

The bug was in FileProperty, which did not return an empty filename even when the gui textbox was empty; this caused an error loading the mapping filename.

Tried with a few different SNS prenexus files and it worked.
