Description
SaveCanSAS1D Append option appends the same SAEntry name( workspace name)to an existing file if save is done on a workspace with Append option which is already saved. This throws error when the saved file is loaded.

Saved one workspace with Append and then another. Then successfully loaded this workspace in again with LoadCanSAS1D
