gd_prtn_chrg appears in sample logs for EventWorkspace

The integrated proton charge appears as a "Sample Log" in the mantid gui. However it cannot be view or "import selected log" into the gui. This should be made to work!

(In [6166]) Refs #1541: gd_prtn_chrge is showing up for me for event nexus files. Also refs #1621: fixed missing value for some sample logs.

In [7139] this value still appears in the sample logs dialog. Was anything done for this ticket or is it a "wontfix" / not necessry thing?

Sorry, read the ticket bottom up. The "import selected log" button does work for gd_prtn_chrg now, in that it brings up a table workspace with the value.
