This follows on from #1451

  • Do we want to ship binaries for other non-Windows operating systems ?
  • How are we going to handle library version mismatches (as in HDF complains if the versions don't match)

Various HDF5 libraries introduces as part of Third_party directory. CMakeList for MDDataObjects used to identify relevant library depending upon current platform. Linux users need to get libhdf5-serial-1.8.4.
