Crash on ungrouping a workspace group

Description

I'm putting this in the next iteration as minor because it only seems to happen in debug mode, and maybe only with VS2010.

Selecting a workspace group and clicking ungroup triggers a debug assertion, followed by death.

I suspect this may have gone away. I don't have a MantidPlot build on Windows at the moment, but running in valgrind on Linux and performing the action described produced no complaints. Will set up Qt & check again on Windows in the next iteration.

in [8101] under Windows (release and debug), ungroup seems to work fine.
