(In [6084]) StorageType->MantidVec and RCtype->MantidVecPtr ; both of these are in the Mantid namespace and in cow_ptr.h. Please refer to these instead of Histogram1D::StorageType. Removed related redundant typedef's. Fixed links in runTests.sh. Refs #1596

Performing a recursive search on the entire code repository doesn't turn up any old references and all the code compiles, so the job must be completed correctly.
