Creates calibration file with groups from SNAP_Definition.xml and then checks that the last line of file is correct. This test just creates and the deletes a file. No new file is required in repository.

In order to get the test to compile/run on my machine I had to

#include <fstream>

Which is weird since it seemed to build and run fine on the buildserver. But yes, the test exists and it works.
