Remeber the last user setting for the Display axes checkbox

Description

QT has a way of doing this that is platform independent.

Look up QSettings, the MWRunFiles widgets uses this and other places.

works in r[7139], minor comment however - does it really belong in the "Mantid" subsection in the settings? Our registry layout is getting a little unwieldly isn't it?
