Update MuonAnalysis interface to:

1) Access AlphaCalc alg 2) Handle Multiperiod data 3) Nexus time-zero value accessed 4) Add plot option tab 5) Add red warning messages when grouping / raw data inconsistent 6) Load current data 7) ...

Added detector grouping files provided by Steve in sub-directory of instrument.

Added two example of Muon Nexus files which contain no grouping information. re #1726

Load MUSR00015189.nxs file Go to Grouping Options In third row, enter 0. It will tell you you can't do this seven or eight times.

can't make it crash in [7193] so all's well

suggestion: just found something else - when entering invalid spectra numbers in grouping, it disables the "Plot" buttons for grouping/pair tables. On deleting the offending lines, it doesn't seem to to re-enable these buttons, need to reload a different data set to make them available again
