Also, the 3D axes get plotted on top of ANY detectors.

The latest iteration, as installed on powgenviz, shows correct Z-order behavior; on my Ubuntu machine (as well as Pete's and Stuart's), the bug still persists.

On my Ubuntu machine, the axes are NOT plotted on top of the detectors unless they are in front. I tested with TOPAZ, SNAP, and POWGEN instruments. I have seen the problem in this ticket in the past so something must have changed in MantidPlot to fix this.
