An updated SEQ geometry needs to be introduced.

The ticket is not very specific, and I could just accept that yes the file has been updated and pass it.
However I'm not very comfortable about it, there is one panel B1, that appears to be stepped out from the rest of the instrument and in the wrong position. I have attached a couple of images to the ticket.

The lead instrument scientist (Garrett Granroth) knows about the issues with the geometry. There is actually no bank at the B1 position, but we've been requested to leave it in. There are other issues, like the large gap to the right of the beam stop for the C and D rows. Again, Garrett has been made aware of the issues, but has requested that this is the best geometry for now.
