Direct ConvertToEnergy GUI: Change "White beam" label to something more appropriate.

Description

On the "Energy Transfer" tab, the field "White beam" is alittle misleaading, as it doesn't need to be a white beam run. It should be renamed to something more appropriate, e.g. normalisation run.
