List all elements of the covariance matrix using the same percentage format

Description
At present the diagonal elements of the covariance matrix are listed as "1", which stands for 100% correlated with itself, whereas the off-diagonal element listed as percentages, i.e. 60.0 stands for 60%.
It would be more consistant if the diagonal and off-diagonal elements refers to percentage correlation in the same way.
Therefore change the diagonal "1" with "100".
