(In [7797]) Fixes #2011: NormaliseByCurrent uses * and *= operator for future extensions to Multiply algorithm. Keeps events. Added more thorough tests.

Works fine. However, it does normalization by charge, and that charge is in microamp*hour. It should do Coulomb, since we are working in SI.
