(In [7810]) Refs #2013: MDAlgorithms tests pass using runTests.sh. Test include statements should specify the MantidMDAlgorithms/ path portion, just like for every other test.

Everything compiles, but the tests don't run. Since this project is still a moving target, I'll let it go for now. However, this project and the MDDataObjects project need to go into the build server runs for better SQA.
