Add pick options to instrument display

Description

Add the following options:

  1. Extract to new workspace
  2. Sum to new workspace
  3. Create grouping file -> Include selection or Exclude selection

All of the above should be able to be acheived using the xml file format for Groupdetectors

The grouping option should give all of the selected detector IDs in a single group. The code is currently producing one group per pixel.
