Description
EQSANS determines the transmission by measuring the signal going through a hole in the beam stop. The algorithm needs to be able to locate the peak on the 2D detector and measure the transmission using the signal from the peak.

Ran with the EQSANS data we have in the test directory and the answers seem resaonable for a range of inputs.
