(In [1305]) Updated instrument definition files. Re #212.

(In [1313]) Streamline GEM definition and change orientation to match Ariel (beam along z). Also moved origin to sample. Add Osiris definition file. Re #212.

(In [1314]) Add tool for creating Mantid instrument definition files from Ariel files. Re #212.

(In [1315]) Setting via the spherical method can lead to z,y,z coming out to tiny values that should really be zero. This can confuse the atan2 function in getSpherical. Re #212.

(In [1319]) Heinous workaround for loss of phi value when an intermediate detector has a non-zero phi but zero theta: set theta to a very small value. This should be temporary - we need to find a better solution. Only relevant to instruments defined the 'Ariel way'. Re #212.

(In [1320]) Small change to output XML from this tool to save a manual change. Added further ARIEL definition files which can be used to create further Mantid instrument definitions once I have the UDETs. Closes #212.

(In [1339]) Far better way of dealing with the phi-but-zero-theta issue in Ariel-based instrument definition files. Closes #212.
