SANS Add: Allow options for handling multi period files

Description

Give the users the option of saving added multi period files as separate files per period.

For 13 period sans2d files the result is otherwise so large that mantid cannot reload the file.

(In [8695]) The SANS GUI now has a "Manage Directories" button and it handles multi-period files better too. refs #2145 and #2146

(In [8737]) The output directory is given as a text box and workspaces with only one entry don't have the period number in their name refs #2145 and #2146

The check box on the Add Files tab "Minimise memory usage" splits multi-period files up before adding them. Sarah Rogers has used this and found it to work.

Tested "Minimise memory usage" option with multiperiod file SANS2D00005512.nxs and this is working now.
