Importing MantidFramework from vanilla python seg faults

Description

From a standard python interpreter started under Mantid's bin directory, doing import MantidFramework will result in a seg fault on Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10. This has not been seen on Fedora or RHEL5.

Seems to work now. No seg fault on ubuntu 10.4.
