Easiest ticket ever. This now appears to be working:
which builds LorentzianTest. Then load up Mantidplot and loaded raw file LOQ48094.raw and plotted the first workspace index. Selected a Fit fitting region from about 18711 to 21466 and added a LorentzianTest peak function plut linear background. Adjusted with of LorentzianTest to be more sensible. Hit the Fit button which which gave a successful fit and importantly for this ticket returned a 'NormalisedCovarienceMatrix' workspace.
Same story when in MantidPlot selecting a UserFunction.
Did notice that when a Fit is not successful then 'NormalisedCovarienceMatrix' is not returned, which makes sense.
