MantidPlot:: properties and scale context menu item does't work

Description

This has been broken since the beginning of January on Linux. Plot a spectrum, then right-click on one of the axes to select Properties or Scale. Nothing happens. It also used to be that double-clicking on an axis would pop-up the properties dialog. That also doesn't work.

This appears to be very specific to new Ubunto Os's. It works fine on 10.04.

As you and Pete are the only people I know of with Ubuntu 10.10, I think you;ll need to put your heads together on this one.

I no longer see the issue on Ubuntu 10.10

This seems to be similar to ticket #1958, which was fixed as well. Works on Ubuntu11.04beta
