MantidNexus library linking to OpenGENIE's DLLs - causes failure

Description
Since changeset [9184] (ticket #2359), the version of our HDF5DLL.dll on Windows has changed.
This causes a problem on machines that have OpenGENIE installed, as Windows will load the DLL from the OpenGENIE %PATH%. This means that the MantidNexus.dll fails to load, and so all algorithms contained within are unusable.
Removing the opengenie/system directory from the path fixes this. However, there is an expectation that users should be able to run the two systems side-by-side, especially when they're checking how well Mantid compares.

Verified a stale ticket. It's not actually a problem now that NeXus is statically linked to HDF5.
