Description

Create an algorithm that will read a grouping file and apply that grouping to data.

There is similar code as part of the diffraction focussing algorithm.

This would now seem to be best done by adding it as an option on LoadMuonNexus.

(In [2201]) Refs #247. Adjusted so grouping works for correctly for periods

This appears to work fine for both with and without periods.
