Description

Data file Mantid/Test/AutoTestData/CNCS_7860_event.nxs Detector Van1 for diagnosis is the same file

First run is ok, if I click run again, no changes, it will give a segmentation fault

The problem seems to be in the diagnostic tab, with the background check. It tries to run Integration with the StartTOF and EndTOF in the same bin (1 bin for event workspaces). This results in a segmentation fault. If ticket #5638 is not solved, the call for Integration should be replaced by Rebin
