The Load dialog box can take a while to appear

Description

This seems to happen when the previous time load was used it was given a run number and this corrosponded to a file on a network drive.

(In [11035]) Fixes #2486. Should stop the Load Dialog taking so long to appear if a previously loaded file was on a network drive.
