Keep a global zoom level in the ScriptWindow.

This allows it to be saved more easily and is probably what would be expected. Refs #2522

Branch: bugfix/2522_scriptwindow_fontsize

Tester: The font size should now be tied across all tabs, i.e. increase/decrease affects all at the same time. The size should now be saved and loaded on startup of the script interpreter next run of MantidPlot.

There is also an additional "Reset Font Size" action in the Window menu to reset the font size to the default.

Please check that all of these things work.

I'm suspicious that Janik won't actually be verifying this one.

Assuming that this is supposed to only be a sharing of font size between the various tabs in the "Script Window" and nothing to do with the "Script Interpreter," it works as suggested. The window does remember the font size between sessions as well.
