DiffractionFocusing: get to work with masking workspace for inelastic

Description

Get DiffractionFocusing work with the masking workspace that inelastic is using. Stuart isn't showing up until 11AM so you will need to bother Michael to find out what is there. The idea is that if a masking workspace is specified to use it, otherwise use what is in the calibration file. The hard part of this is that we don't have a "None" type of workspace. With current time constraints we are in the realm of dirty hacks with a cleanup happening next week.

We probably need to do more on mask workspaces in the next iteration.
