Windows CaculateTransmissionBeamSpreaderTest fails

Description

It appears that the windows result has a larger error that Linux. Increasing the tolerance from 0.005 to 0.01 to get test running again.

Mathieu agrees that this change is OK and the test does not fail on windows now.
