Interface menu items should have spaces

Description

The indirect ones do, but the others either have no spaces or an underscore. This doesn't look very impressive and should be standardised.

(In [11074]) Change Interface menu items to not necessarily just be the class name and to have spaces in for a more consistent look. Re #2610.

Mathieu's HFIR pyqt interface still needs renaming in the menu. It bases it off the filename so is a less trivial change.

This is done for C++ interfaces. A separate ticket for the next iteration has been created to sort out PyQt interface names (#2892).

Done for ConvertToEnergy MuonAnalysis SANSRunWindow. Targeted Menu items look standardised in MantidPlot.
