Setting the can run to the same as the sample run should result in zero!

Description

Currently running with the can and the sample set to the workspace with identical corrosponding tranmission files doesn't give zero (this is important because in some cases the transmission files will be different and we'll get a non-trival result)

Entering the same runs on the first line of the ISIS SANS GUI (sample line) as the second line (can) and clicking Reduce now gives a workspace of basically zeros (< 10-10)
