Specification of suffixes to run file names like the ISIS SANS "-add"

Description

I'll add a new entry to the Facilities.xml 

Is it possible to just have an optional field under the facility and/or instrument (probably both) that you can list allowed suffixes ?

That way we can add them easily without editing code or needing to re-install a new version of Mantid.

What do you think ?

I miss understood the SANS request. They wanted a suffix that they can add to the end of the run number and it looks for a filename with that suffix. Filenames without the suffix will fail the search. Filenames with the suffix will only be loaded when the suffix is added. I believe this a unique situation which has already been implemented.
